Do you accept Requests?^{Not if not specifically stated on either Twitter or Instagram}Are you comfortable with OC x Canon content?^{Yes. However if I feel that the content isn't appropriate for various reasons (age difference e.g.) I won't accept the Request or Commission.}I cannot afford a Commission, do you accept Art Trades?^{Rarely. Art Trades are something I usually do with friends and friends only.}What program do you use?^{I use CSP for most of my Commission work and sometimes Procreate for Sketches.

General Commission Info

How to Commission me?^{- I respond to inquiries on Twitter and Mail ([email protected]). Make sure to provide me visual references
(or a very detailed description) of your character.
- If you already have a pose in mind make sure to add it as well.
- Please read the Terms and Conditions linked below!}^{I personally like to know a bit about the characters I'm drawing, so feel free to ramble on about what they are like!}

Payment^{- Paypal only
- I will send an Invoice, payment has to be done 24h within receiving the Invoice!
- For regular pieces the payment will be upfront
- Pieces with backgrounds or higher complexity will be paid in two parts. 50% upon agreeing on the price and rest upon receiving and agreeing to a sketch
- We can discuss a payment plan if the price is higher than 100€}

By purchasing a commission from me, you automatically agree to the following conditions!
Please make sure to read these carefully as I reserve the right to cancel or deny your Commission if you did not read or violate them in any form!

1. By commissioning me you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.2. Payment^{- Paypal only

- We can discuss a payment plan if the price is higher than 100€}3. Cancellation and Refunds^{- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any given time. In these cases I will provide you a full refund.}
^{- I reserve the right to cancel a commission if you are offensive, aggressive or abusive. This includes spamming about your Commission status and updates (near a daily basis). In these cases I will refund your payment partially and keeping the value of work done.}
^{- You may cancel a commission at any time, however no refund will be offered once payment has been completed.
- If you cancel your Commission due to personal reasons that affect you financially, we can discuss a refund but I reserve the right to deny the refund.}4. Image Rights^{- I retain full copyright of the artwork and reserve the right to distribute and reproduce it at my discretion, as well as use it as examples for future Commission openings.}
^{- Unless otherwise specified by you, I reserve the right to live-stream and post the process in any form.}
^{- You may not edit or distribute the artwork as they are for personal use only.
To further specify:
-> You may use my work as Icon or Header as long as you provide credit.
-> You may post my work with credit
-> You may NOT distribute it for profit or without credit
-> You may NOT alter my work. This includes colouring or lining the sketches unless otherwise agreed upon!}
^{- You can talk to me about purchasing the Copyright and Commercial Rights to your artwork, in which case there will be an additional fee that varies according to complexity and price of the artwork. This will allow you to distribute them for profit however not to pass them as your own work or deny me credit if needed.
However I will not allow them to be distributed as NFT!}^{You may not, under any circumstances, claim the commissioned artwork as your own work!}
